ok so i have an issue with my kids school now, their complaining that my kids are missing too much school and thier TRUANCY!!! And the only reason they were even missing so much scchool was because they felt uncomfortable going and scrared to go to school i have two girls 11 yrs & 13 yrs.we have repeatedly talked to the school about 6 times already thy asurred us everthing would be ok, the very next day my daughter get threated AGAIN. THE BOTTOM LINE i would really want some advice if any one has gone threw this becasue now their trying to take us to court and pay fees!! And thy never did much to help beacuse no hard evidence, their grades also dropped TO F'S isnt that some evidence.

You should contact the school in writing about this issue but if you do I would get someone to proof read it for spelling mistakes and punctuation. They may not respond to your letter but keep copies of everything so you have proof of what you tried to discuss.

Get legal advice. Contact the school in wrting about your concerns and keep copies. Also try going above their heads in writing. Even with legal help you will need to prove that you have tried to resolve this. I know your doing what you feel is best but you can get in to trouble for not sending them to school. You also need to get your daughters(who are old enough) to keep records of what happened, where and when. This will help any legal team you have.

EDT : you have to send them to school. If they come home marked call the police.

I don't know how to help you because I'm not a lawyer. If it's legal advice you seek....contact an attorney! Please don't rely on internet information from strangers on something serious!
