I think as long as she's having enough heavy wet diapers within 24 hours, it should be fine if she's not waking on her own. With a late night feeding and a morning feeding. My youngest was the same at around this age.

Yeah that's fine. Consider yourself lucky. Not too many babies sleep through the night at 3 months.

If I recall correctly, you're usually ok to cut the late night feeding out sometime after 6-9 months. I believe in feeding on demand, but I would stop waking my children for the feed around that age. If they woke for it, I fed them. If not, I let them be.

My oldest slept that long during the night at that age. My youngest didn't, she was awake much more frequently for a feed. It depends on the child. As long as they are not losing weight (AND still gaining), and they are still having wet nappies during the day, they should be fine.

Sleep straight.... through the night? I'm not sure I understand the question, can you rephrase it?

I think it's too young to sleep straight through the night at this age without a feeding. Try giving one right before you turn in. Around 11pm. And then an early feeding around 5-6am.

He should be having at least 5-6 heavy wet diapers in a 24 hour period at this age.

I hope I answered your question correctly.
