Is it normal for two of you daughters to often exclude their other sister?

Hello there. I am very concerned about the relationships between my three daughters. One is 22, and the other two are 17 year old twins. Recently, my 22 year old (Natalie) and one of the twins (Rachel) have been growing quite close. For example, Rachel went with Natalie to go shopping for Nat's apartment, and they do almost everything together. While I am so glad that two of my daughters finally get along with each other, I can't help but notice that my other daughter, Lydia, is being left out, to the point where it almost looks deliberate. Lydia told me the other day that she doesn't mind, but that it hurts. I'm not sure how to approach this. Should I let it be as it is or should I try and urge the other two to include her more? I'm stuck. Thank you.
