Is it normal to pee a little when you sneeze? Or is something seriously wrong

When i sneeze i pee a little everytime, is this normal

As per some other posts, this is a condition called "stress incontinence" (i.e. peeing caused by the stress on your bladder from laughing/coughing/sneezing). It isn't actually normal - normal bladder and sphincter function allows you to pee only when you want to pee. Your doctor can check that you don't have a urinary tract infection, as this can affect continence during pregnancy.
As the other posts have mentioned, pelvic floor/Kegel exercises will strengthen the muscles that stop the accidental leakage - IF you do them correctly, they help 4 out of women with this problem.

Stopping the flow of urine when you are peeing is ok up to once a week, just to check you are using the right muscles, and to test the strength of your pelvic floor. Don't do it more often than this, or it can stop your bladder from emptying properly.

All the best :)

If you are pregnant or had children it is totally normal just do your pelvic floor exercises to strengthen your vaginal muscles up .

After having a baby it is. Do the Kleg exercise. When you sit on the toilet stop, go and stop again. Those are the muscle you need to strengthen. Now every time you remeber just tughten those muscle and relax. I do it A let. Standing, sitting, etc. No one knows you are doing them!!!!!

It's called stress incontinence. Usually it goes away after the baby gets off your bladder, but my OB said that if it doesn't go away by a year after you've had the baby then there may have been too much stretching and it has to be surgically corrected (I researched the surgery and it looks like a pretty simple one with quick recovery).
I did Kegels through both my pregnancies to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles, and mine went away, but it took a while (although that's probably because my girls are 18 months apart)

It happens to me and I had my son 14 months ago, if I cough really hard I pee, not alot but enough to notice it

It's perfectly normal. The baby is putting extra pressure on your bladder, causing it to not expand as much.

haha whenever i cough, laugh or sneeze i pee a little bit. it wasnt so bad when i was pregnant with my daughter, or afterwards, but with this pregnancy, its terrible. the ultrasound tech told me that his head is resting on my bladder, and thats probably the reason. but like others have said, do kegel exercises and it should get better. until then, just know that a lot of women do experience it, so dont feel like the only one. :)

i did the whole time when i was pregnant and even now my son is a year and i have to cross my legs everytime also i cant hold my pee as long and all of a sudden ill have to go or i dribble a little

Yes it is... you need to do some Pelvic floor excersises. I'm assuming you've had a vaginal delivery. The pelvic floor muscles weaken in the late stages of pregnancy and the stretching during delivery will also weaken these muscles. Doing your pelvic floor excercises will strengthen the muscles and hopefully stop the urine from leaking.

Did you just give birth or are pregnant? the bladdar weakens as we age- babies or not. that is why doctors suggest people do kegals. Don't worry you aren't a freak! I remember when I was pregnant, my husband made me laugh really really hard.... yep I wet my pants.
