Is it ok for my baby to have milk come out nose and spit p

If it happened just once, I wouldn't worry about it much. If it happens regularly, then no, it is not OK.

I'm not sure about the milk coming out the nose…but excessive spit up can be caused by food allergies/intolerances. Many Dr's will tell the parents the baby has reflux. But what they don't always tell you is that the reflux will go away if you remove the irritant from babies diet. (Not ALL reflux is caused by food allergies, but many times it is).
Most common allergens are dairy (cow milk), soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, egg, wheat. In infants, the most common intolerance is dairy. If you're breastfeeding, you'll need to remove the offending food from your diet. If you are formula feeding you may need to try a different formula.
