is it ok to give my two month baby water

Generally, at two months the baby should be getting only breast milk or formula.
That said, if there is a specific reason you think your child needs extra water outside what is in the formula or breastmilk, speak with your pediatrician. There are certain conditions and instances where doctors recommend very, very small amounts of water for babies....though I'm not sure about 2 months, that is really young.
