If your body is able to do so then yes, you can get your milk back. Here are several sites that might help you:

The biggest things are to relax, get as much rest as you are able, eat well, make sure you are drinking enough water, get your daughter on the breast as often as she will go and just keep at it.

That being said... it is possible that you won't be able to get it back. I had a breast reduction in my 20s (they were so heavy they were pulling my spine out of it's natural curve), but, that meant when I had my girls I wasn't able to produce enough milk to feed them.

The best advice I can give you is to not beat yourself up about it if you can't get your milk back. I tried everything - pumping, feeding on demand, all the supplements, some of the drugs they recommend - nothing worked. It can make you feel really bad, but the best thing you can do for your baby is feed her - in the end it really won't matter if you breast or bottle feed, just that she gets enough to eat.
