Is it possible to get pregnant naturally at 42?

My husband and I have been trying since we got married at 37. We have done everything, including IVF 3 times. We are really beginning to lose hope of a biological child. Please help!

It depends if you are still ovulating or not. I am assuming, given you have tried IVF, you are still producing eggs because they would have had to harvest some. I am also assuming your husband's sperm has been tested. So yes, it is perfectly possible.

It is possible to conceive as long as your still getting a menstraul period. It makes things a lot harder bc your eggs are not in their prime but it is a possibility. The chances of a woman having a child with down syndrome is Significantly higher than say someone in there early 30s. I can absolutely understand your need to have a child and I don't think anyone should be denied the miracle of children, but maybe think about another option ? I know you said you wanted a bio child but if that isn't in the cards for you just remember if you decide to try adoption you would not only be changing their life , but they will no doubt bring more happiness than you could imagine to yours !
I wanted to ask how many round of Ivf do they recommend before stopping treatment? And I know it's very costly and I'm not sure of your financial situation but have you looked into surrogacacy ?
