its not right .. but should a child be with a parent that dont want to spend time with them?

Of course it's not right and I'd definitely be documenting it. You can't 'really' control what he does or does not do though. One of the biggest downfalls of 'split parenting'.

Yeah I would say that's wrong. Parents are supposed to always be there for their children.

Did she attack or steal from someone who lives in his house? If so, then maybe a missed visit or two could be necessary for everyone to collect their thoughts. If not, then no it's not right.

It certainly doesn't sound ok to use as a form of punishment. What did your daughter do that has caused her dad to refuse to see her, and how old is she?
