Why not? I wouldn't give them a LOT, but I also wouldn't give any baby a lot of any juice. It's just liquid carrot, so as long as the baby doesn't have an issue with carrots.... a few ounces on occasion is fine.

I don't know if I would say 'right' but I don't think it will hurt them. Like with any new food, watch them closely after they ingest it. If they seem to be having a hard time digesting it, just wait a few more months.

carrot juice is just a type of food. so, yes it is fine to give a baby carrot juice. If the baby is eating carrot, it gets juice off of that...so plain ole carrot juice would be the same.

Its not ideal, but a little bit is fine. Really at 15 months he should be eating solid foods and not drinking foods. Just watch that the juice does not stain his teeth! You are really better to give him carrot sticks to chomp on.
