Unless your baby seems to have issues with your milk, such as digestive problems, reflux, excessive spit-up, diarhea, etc., you can eat whatever you need. Only if there seems to be issues would you have to cut out foods and/or drinks, and before even bothering to do that, you should check your nursing techniqe to make sure it isn't being caused by the baby getting too much air or some other issue.

Yes it is ok to have coffee while breastfeeding just watch how much you drink as the caffine will go through your body including your milk. I used to have two cups over the day ( one morning one afternoon) and my dd was fine but also be aware if you drink soft drinks like coke that they have more caffine then coffee.
