Is it too risky to NOT fortify milk for my preemie?

I am a first time mom and really stressed out....I need some advice please!!!

Background: My preemie was born @ 32 weeks and was in the NICU for 40 days. She just came home and is now 38 weeks. No issues, just a little reflux that she manages on her own and frequent gas from the Similac Neosure I have to use to fortify my breastmilk milk. The neonatologist and her pediatrician recommended I continue to do this until her due date of Mar4th so that she keeps her weight gain up, and then we can start weening her off. Right now she is totally on track @ 6lbs/8oz. However, since she came home 4 days ago I started reducing the amount of milk I am fortifying by half because her gas was so intense she could not get it out and was uncomfortable. Not only did it instantly improve, but she had gone 21/2 days w/o a bowel movement and she was finally able to do 3 large ones in a row. I REALLY want to stop using it. Has anyone had a similar experience with the milk fortification and had a positive or negative result?

Side Note: She is breastfeeding 2-3x a day for around 30 min but still trying to get the hang of it. I hear her swallowing, but she'll usually still take 80-100% of her full feeding on bottle after that, and that milk is obviously not fortified. I want to breastfeed more, but worried about getting enough calories. She is eating every 4 hours around 2.5-3oz of BM, neosure, or a combination....my supply needs to come up I've just been so stressed for the last 5 weeks. Any tips on increasing supply would help bc I feel so terrible every time I have to supplement with formula bc it gives her so much gas. Thanks!
