Well it's been interesting talking to you about what rights your baby's Father has with you. Hopefully you took onboard the advice we have given you and don't go demanding that the judge rule in your favour. Make sure you have evidence that he is unfit before trying to cut your ex out of his child's life.

You've been told by other Mothers who have been through the courts with custody and visitation. It doesn't matter what you want, if he puts up a fight for HIS child and YOU don't have hard evidence he is a bad parent and will out the child's life at risk, he WILL get visitation. End of story.
Get yourself a lawyer and ask them, they will tell you what we have all told you.

I regret I even met him everyday and I'm tell the court that he stranger to and I don't trust him at all and it would be better if my mom and another family member supervise him

Doesn't matter if his name is on the birth certificate or not. He can petition the courts to have a DNA test done to prove he is the Father and get visitation and custody.
You need to accept the fact that he is the Father of your child and you will have to deal with him until your child is at least 18! Best get used to the idea now.

I have even went to court I was just asking that person mad about the last name but it was also smart to never put the father name on the birth certificate either

No, a name is just a name. As Shawnn said, it won't make a difference in that custody issue you were talking about.

No, but that won't make a difference either way in court.
