Your baby may cry, but she does not need to eat every hour. If she is taking in enough formula to gain weight and have 6-8 wet diapers a day, then she is eating enough. Have you discussed this with your doctor, how to feed your baby, how much and how often?

I am a mom of 3, boys 36 and 33 and a 16 year old daughter. I also have 5 grandchildren. I do remember being nervous though, and the thought's that run through your head, "I now have the responsibility of keeping this perfect little creature alive, am I doing everything right?" Really there is no cookie cutter program because each child is different. So use the guidelines set out by professionals..... but use your intuition to write your own!

What kind of formula are you using? Most will have you use 1 scoop for every two ounces of water. Babies will often have simular cues for hunger as the do for tired. If baby just ate then try getting them to sleep first. Usually formula fed babies eat every 2 to 3 hours.

If you are using powdered formula, please follow the directions carefully, some formulas say 1 scoop per oz and others say 1 scoop per 2 oz. You want to make sure she is getting proper nutrition. Remember your anxiety can feed her anxiety too.

Ok..because i am so worried of my daughter ..she seems that she is always hungry every hour . I see her hunger cues. So no need to worry to feed her 3-4 oz every 2 hours?
