As a teenager turning into a young adult, plus being a first time mother, you lose that nice shape you use to have. I love my stomach before but after i gave birth, I was left with stretch marks, saggy boobs n a pudgy stomach. My mother told me that i ruined my body n will never get it back while others say im young n can but i question, can i really? I like size of my boobs, just not the sagging n if i work out, they go back to becoming little again. I just always thought that the benifits of after pregnancy (other than your loving baby) will be your boobs but how can i keep the nice size while lift them (other than bra) yet workout to be in shape. Is my mother right...is my body ruined?
