Have been at home with my almost 2 year old from day one!
I have now gotten a job and have to put her in Daycare and I'm so apprehensive!will she be ok?last night she was so clingy so I think she senses it!she's very bright and talks properly and makes sentences ect..whens is the best age to put them in?I don't want her traumatised or suffering separation anxiety!

It's a tough time for children AND PARENTS the first time going to daycare. Be consistent and start a routine for when you drop her off. With my youngest we put his bag away, then go and read a story, then he chooses a story for one of the child carers to read to him, at that point we say goodbye. A little routine like this can help. But also, be positive yourself, your child will sense your apprehension and reflect it so try to focus on the fun things that will happen like making new friends, painting, drawing etc. Goodluck!
