is Tea good for children - age 1 year onwards

I have son & he is 01 Year old. want to know about Tea (plain tea) is good to give children age 1 year . also very difficult part is feeding (food) them. About vegetables, how is make them interest for son is not interest to eat Eggs so it will effect for his growth also want to know how we will select best meat for them.

Tea contains caffeine so it's recommended for children.

As far as vegetables go you can make "kebabs" out of them. Cut into squares some potato, carrot, sweet potato and pumpkin and boil them till they are soft then thread them onto popsticks. That way the children can pick them up by the stick and chew on the vegetables. You can also do the same with fruit.

Any lean meat is the best for children. Just make sure they are cut into bite size pieces. If he doesn't like eggs at the moment don't worry, not all children like eggs. My brother hated them and he is 6'2"!!!
