I ate lots of veggies.. lean meat and fruit in the morning only.. and really minimized my carb intake.. I wouldnt suggest no carbs.. but a small portion of healthy whole grains is all one person needs... cut out juice and soda and desserts.. and have chopped up veggies in the fridge ready incase you need a snack. there is no diet pill that is healthy while nursing.. or healthy at all really.. just mini meals throughout your day to keep your metabolism up, and get ride of anything in your diet that is not natural.. if the ingredient label has more than 3 ingredients chances are it isnt very healthy. Hope this helps.. and rememeber it took you 9-10 months to put the weight on.. and it can take just as long to get it off :)
