Dont have much money to go to the gym wanting to start out at home how many crunches should I do everyday?

I realized with me doing this I 'll be sore , 1st time working out in a while.

My goal is 30lbs!

Do cardio first, that is key. Even if you buy used DVD's from a thrift store or make up your own routine, so be it ( at least 30 minutes where you are off and on out of breath). Once you get done with cardio, do the sit ups. There really is no set # to do. Also do push ups, as many as you can. Take breaks as needed but realize you HAVE to push yourself to the limit. I started working out a year after my last child was born and cardio was, and still is key for me to keep the extra fat off. I do about 100 ab exercises, and 50 push ups at a time, after the cardio, 4 times a week.
