Issues with milk...

I'm 21 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and while I've never liked milk, I find I can't drink it at all right now. Everytime I drink milk or cream I get sick. I thought it was just a coincidence at first but now it's not just milk and cream, it's anything made with milk or cream (bye bye frappachino). Has anyone else ever experienced this and is it an indicator of what I shouldn't ingest once I have the baby (planning to breastfeed)?

It's normal to have aversions to some foods (and cravings for others) while pregnant. This won't affect breastfeeding at all.

When I was pregnant with mine, I couldn't eat chicken as it made me feel nauseous. To this day my son still doesn't like chicken. Maybe it's your baby telling you what he/she doesn't like. Cow's milk is obviously different from breast milk - so i wouldn't be worried about the baby not liking the breast milk too. Just listen to what your body is telling you.

Your body tells you what you need and what you don't. Women when they are pregnant are very sensitive to a lot more things then they are when they are not. I would say that for now don't worry about the milk, as long as you are taking vitamins you should be fine. Once you have the baby you should be back to normal. If you are not talk to your doctor and see what they recommend.
