While I'm beyond thrilled that I'm expecting I have a bit of an issue. I'm supossed to start college this next fall. How do I tell family and friends I'm not going to my chosen university without telling them the news just yet?

How d you know? Oh.. well let me tell you I am in college with three children and expecting another I hope:-D and its very much so doable. And with one child its a lot like heaven to me lol. But seriously us women and mothers can and alwayswill make a way to succeed and still take care of home. Hope that helps some.

Hello,
I am also prego (as the hip kids say) and I was scared at first too. You cant back out now so get over it. I am now the loving mother of two kids. I didnt know who the father was till I had my little girl Thomase she looked just like my doctor, Utkarch.

I'm due approx. July 12th. The school I had planned on going to is a little over 2 1/2 hours away which would be hard without any support from family and friends.

when are you due? I had my first son the end of July and went back to college that Fall semester. I told my family at Christmas, transferred from a college away from home to one that made it so I could live at or near home, where I would have a support system for that spring semester and going forward.
I took mostly late afternoon and evening classes so that others I knew and trusted would be available to watch him while I was in school. I got home around 11pm and left at 3pm. I Breast Fed him, he wouldn't take a bottle even when I was at school. So we just hung out together while I laid on the floor studying and played with toys. If you have options for some one line courses that can make it easier to a degree as you won't have to take the time away from the baby to be in school, but you have to be dedicated to spend the time studying. I went back to school for my masters degree when my 2nd child was little and did that online.

How do you manage school and being a mom?mI'm sure it is doable, I'm just curious. I just don't know if I can go as far away as I planned without our familys support. Not going to college at all is NOT an option.
