Hi ladies!

I am at my wits end with my kids. They are 4 and w.the years old. We moved about a month ago and theye now share a room... wI think bunk beds.
Bedtime is a nightmare! I know this is a common theme but I have tried so many things. Staying close and telling them to hush when they get loud, going in and taking stuffed animals away when they get out of bed and putting them to bed earlier.
They had NO naps today. Put them to bed at 7pm and is now 9pm and theye are still wide awake, in their room and talking.
I don't know what else to try. By 7-8pm I am exhausted and just want them in their room. I wouldn't care if they talked a bit but they get out of their beds all the time

And my daughter is a stubborn little thing in her own right. That's a whole other discussion but any ideas on how to get them to stay in bed and get to sleep. They stay up until at least 10-10:30pm and that's too late.

Please help ladies!

Work on a consistent bedtime routine.

Moving is always an upheaval on the kiddos...no way to change that. We moved when ours were about 3 and 6 months, and there was an adjustment period for my eldest, who had had his own room up until the move. It took a few weeks, but with a consistent bedtime routine (Bath, book, drinks, cuddles, tuck in), it was fairly easy...if a bit frustrating to start
