Hi Moms,
I have a question about my son who is 6 months old and his language development. He love to do the high pitched squeals, and everything with the M sound. (MMMM, Mama, Ma) That is usually the only sound we hear. Sometimes we will get a Ba, but very rare. Should I be concerned about his language development at this age?

That's totally fine. My son was all about the G sound, and said very little else. For some reason, anything that started with Ba was hysterically funny to him. Babies are strange creatures!

As long as you're talking to him and not sticking him in a room by himself all day, and he doesn't have any hearing loss, he'll learn to talk without any help or worrying needed.

No not at all. They are supposed to be making sounds. If you want milestones google babycenter.com
