Leaving a nursing toddler at night time..

Hi Ladies,

I am looking for some positive feedback about this topic:)
My daughter is 13 months old and still nursing. She has her 3 meals a day with snacks in between with water/juice plus BM(when she wants to nurse). She usually need to nurse to sleep for a nap or bedtime. Its very difficult for me to pump any milk (only one breast still produces milk..idk how the other one stopped) but my daughter doesnt mind nursing from one side. But pumping is out of the question. So i wouldnt be able to leave her milk at night time.

So my question is have any moms left the baby(who nurses to sleep) at night time to go out for a couple hours? How was the baby?

Could I leave her water in case she woke up and I wasnt there?

The reason I am asking is bc we are going to visit friends and family that we havent seen in a very long time. And one night I would love to catch up with everyone, have a little mommy time:)

And advice or experiences would be great to hear:)

Thank you in advance for your help xo
