I am trying to lose weight. I have always tried to lose and it is a never ending battle. But if we can work together and push one another, or support one another, maybe we can accomplish our goals! If any one is interested, please let me know.

My husband and I changed our lifestyles last year and were incredibly successful. The best part? Once a week we 'have' to eat junk food! Check out body for life. It is amazing, easy and I do it on our very tight budget, and I never ask, "what am i going to make for dinner tonight?" He lost 50 lbs in less than a year, I was always fit but was in better shape after my two children than before- I'm now pregnant but still eating the same types of meals (just more) and I don't do any shakes- but you don't have to do those at all if you don't want to.
