My daughter came into my room last night & told me she just took 2 bugs out of her hair. She just got done with camping for a week, we had just gone to a thrift store & she tried a hat on, and she sleeps where 2 of our dogs sleep on the ground in my older daughter's room. I never saw the bugs so I didn't know. Took them to the docs since I can never really spot the nits in kids, they didn't find anything so my older daughter is washing the blankets that they sleep on(the dogs) she gave them flea baths, they vaccumed their rooms, and we got coconut shampoo & conditioner for their hair. I was gonna put vinegar in their hair for 15 min before they took a shower, then I put tea tree oil in the shampoo & then they will use the coconut conditioner. Do you think that will be enough to make sure they don't have nit? I have no idea!!!!!

Yeah I got the shampoo & comb. And I figured if I use that stuff, then after I put the 1st conditioner in there(the coconut one) she rinses it off then comb her hair then she'll go back & put more conditioner in her hair(coconut kind) and she'll be done. I just hate going thru this if they really didn't have any.

If you have a nit comb... just go through their hair with it. If you don't have one... maybe you can get one. I have the Licemeister. If they do have them... the only way to get rid of them is to comb out all the bugs and eggs.
