Hi I was wondering do you send your kids with a list of anything when visiting the other parent. I had this done recently, I now have the list, told kiddo no big deal, I am here for you, and let her know whats for dinner. child is in 6th grade

I have the list, I didnt give it much thought, it was controling in nature ie brush teeth, bathe, make sure clothes are set up the night before etc.

I was wondering if I did anything wrong or is her dad trying to make me seem unfit or something? Thank you for reading

I do the same thing when leaving my kids for a trip away. I know and trust that the other person is capable, but I do leave a list. I do it to make myself feel okay with leaving. No big deal try not to be offended.

thx but probably his way of co parenting, he only wanted to have child on weekends. so nothing on the reminder list would be anything she'd do over there. its no big deal, i just filed it

Is dad the primary custody parent?

Maybe he was just telling you what he does for the routine, so that there will be a smoother transition?
