Text him to stop contacting you unless it is directly about the kids. Save all the texts. Did the police just caution him to leave you alone or do you have an actual restraining order against him? Either way I think I would call the police and make a report about it and get the text into evidence somehow. You don't necessarily have to try pressing charges at this point, but get a good paper trail which will make pressing charges a lot easier if it has to come to that.

Did he mean to send it to someone else? It is disrespectful but I wouldn't press charges if it's the first offense. I would let him know that it's not going to happen and if he sends a message like that again you will be looking into what your options are.

Yes it's sexual harassment but I don't think it warrants charges. If it continues then you could take it further but for now let him know that you don't appreciate texts like that.

@michelle ok thanks @amy about 3 months ago the police warn him to not to have any contact with me in less it was about the kids because he was harassing me.And I have not text him back but I'am sure he was trying to send it to me because he had send another text messages to my phone that same day
