Looking for a convertible car seat: what do you recommend??

We have a 9 1/2 month old boy who is 18 lbs 2 oz. He is still well within the guidelines for our infant car seat (height and weight) but it will soon be time to switch him to a rear facing convertible car seat. I have read the reviews on several of them and am having a hard time deciding on which one is best for safety--first, then of course second is ease of use and installation. Any feedback would be helpful!

The boulevard or marathon are great!! I still have my 5 1/2yr old in the 5pt harness.

I have a Safety First one (forget exactly what it's called). My son rear faced til 3.25 in it (about 32 pounds...can rear face to 35 pounds though).

I will have to check that one out! I have been looking at the Evenflo Triumph 65 DLX. But it seems SO bulky...and we looked at some Britax ones. Then if you go on consumersearch.com The First Years True Fit and True Fit Premier are rated high as well. We know we are going to keep him rear facing for a while after his 1st birthday...his sisters were both almost 2 before we swtiched them so we want a good seat that works rear facing for a long time! Thanks

I LOVE the Evenflo Triumph Advance rated as one of the safest seats, without the high cost of some brands.
