looking for some healthy snacks that are gluten free and also low in sugar for my kids. Any suggestions?

puffed corn, baked eggplant (thinnly sliced and sprinkled with salt), shredded carrot&cheese mix, mixed nuts and berries, gluten free pancakes/muffins/cake (you can control the sugar if you bake them yourself). fresh fruit salad, boiled egg, gluten free low sugar ice cream.
