We'll I was 8 months pregnant. And went into. Labor. I went to hospital and they would not help me. Sent me to a nother hospital and had to have an emergency c section. The baby heart beat drop from 120 to 40 time they deliver her she was born still born. My placenta erupted. I believe if the hospital would of deliver her when I was at first hospital she would be here. My little angle is gone cause of them. I need avice should I sue the hospital for my little girl dieing

I am very sorry for your loss. However, without knowing if that particular hospital even had the capability to perform a c-section, I couldn't comment. It is possible that they were not equipped to help you. However, if it was an emergency, they should also have organised an ambulance transfer. I think this is something you need to discuss with a lawyer. However, just remember that no amount of suing will bring your baby back, so I think this is also a decision you should consider at an emotional level. It could be a very emotional process and prolong your grieving process if you pursue this. It may also be worth talking to a counsellor about it.
