Aaah thats nice to read that someone else also has the bigger snack at night:) In the country i live the people eat their hot meal at 12 lunchtime and for dinner they eat a tiny amount of bread and cheese/cold meats etc. I just cant eat like that,we eat our hot big meal at dinner around 8. I am also trying to loose weight and everybody is telling me not to eat a hot meal so late.
I once lost some weight by doing pilates(that half yoga workout) and drinking only water and sometimes a diet coke and eating what we usualy eat. I have read that you can loose weight real well with a skipping rope.So now i am going to try it. Aahh and i know the belly flab is hard to loose. Good luck

I have a almost 3 month old son and my belly fat is annoying lol I have been working out at home and seems to help. Lots of sit ups, my arms got fat too so I use those 5 pound dumbell weights n definitely try not to eat a lot or if u do lots of healthy stuff I try to eat 1 time a day with a bigger snack at night and lots of water seems to help lol
