The best thing that I found to help eliminate the "baby pouch" is leg lifts. Lay on the floor with your hands above you holding onto the underside of the couch and lift both legs together about a foot off the ground, then slowly lower them back down. I do 5 sets of 10. I do them on 30 second intervals. It works great. It takes some time though. Once the muscles get back into shape i found the excess skin started to tightenup again too.
