This was caused by the raised blood pressure but should of gone back to normal when your blood pressure went down. My blood pressure was very high and caused me to lose my sight. Once my daughter had been delivered by emergency c section it came back, blury at first but was back to normal within 12 hours.

If your blood pressure is normal then may be a vein in your ear has been pinched by the amount of blood you were pumping when the blood pressure was raised. You really do need to see an expert in this field. You should not be left with a long lasting effect of raised blood pressure.
