We noticed my kid early on that he doesn't respond to us and won't make any eye contact no matter wha we say to him even if he heard a scream, and I keep trying to make an eye contact with him but he keeps looking away, and even though he's 25 month old he's yet to say a word, he won't point, he just pushes me towards the object he wanted. after trying all sort of doctors thinking its maybe apraxia or aspergers we had a hearing test and found out that he can't hear out of his left ear. And he also is late in devloping some early years skills. I'm trying to help him, so I wanted to start with his eyes, but even if I spend hours alone with him in a quit room he keeps staring at any object and just lay in the floor looking at it.

There's also 2 kids around him "his cousins" they are twins and around his age, they are growing normally so I'm not worried about his social devolopment since he sometimes play with them. But he does lack all the rest of the skills he should've developed around his first year
