I'm 14 weeks pregnant with my second child and I've ALWAYS had problems with my weight. I was almost 200 lbs after my daughter was born and It took me 18 months to get down to around 180 lbs. I'm eating alot less and alot healthier during this pregnancy and now I'm down to 160 lbs. I'm just wondering how much is actually safe to lose?
