Lost my baby boy at 26 weeks.

This was my first pregnancy and I had such a beautiful and easy pregnancy. Enjoyed it from the beginning. A little over a week ago they told us the baby had no heartbeat, it was heartbreaking for my husband and I. I just wanted to have a place to come to and confide in other moms who have gone through this tragedy.

Hi Jackie,

The a ultrasound was accurate. I delivered Michael two weeks ago tomorrow. It was one of the hardest days of my life. He was such a little cutie. Thank you for your encouraging words. Yes we are religious people and do believe he is safe in heaven. It gives you peace to know that but sometimes doesn't ease the pain. But I think time will be the biggest healer. Everyday seems to be getting a tiny bit better.

Have you sought another opinion? Doctors can be wrong sometimes. So can sonograms. Do not give up! PRAY! If you are certain they are right, then I second was Karin says. I will keep you in prayers as well. I miscarried a child once I was only about 6 weeks along, it killed me. Then I read the book Heaven is for real, and I really found peace, in knowing that I will see my child again, and she will know me and all of us. (I just have that feeling she was a girl) Her name was Rowan, and I look forward to seeing her in heaven someday. God Bless you and your family!

I am so very sorry for your loss. I have not experienced this, but I can be here to support you and pray for you and your husband. If you're a religious person, go to your minister or priest and ask for counseling and prayer. Lean on your husband and your friends and family. Not sure what else to say except I'm very sorry and will keep you in my prayers.
