feed your baby more frequently. No really, the more your baby eats, the more you produce. If you are feeling like the stress of going back to work or simply running errands is taking its toll, try and take a day to put your feet up and feed your baby on demand, as much as it wants. When breastfeeding is a closed circuit and no formula is introduced, the milk your body makes will suffice to feed your baby. But if you are worried and want to make more, simply offer your breast more frequently (like every two hours instead of every four) or pump half way between feeds, keeping in mind it takes at least an hour for your breast to "reproduce" the volume of milk you might have pumped. But the greater the demand, the greater the supply. If you have supplemented breast milk with formula then this is not as fool-proof as your body might produce less milk since your baby is effectively "demanding" less (it might not feel that way but Nature´s natural balances are pretty amazing) Hope this helps and good luck!!! When in doubt, always ask a Dr, I am a mother of two and these comments are based on my experiences only.
