Lower backache :(

I'm not a dr. But I am a massage therapist. I would agree with the comment about straining your back during delivery and then carrying the baby around. Your muscles haven't had time to rest. They're in constant spasm. Try soaking in hot tubs of Epsom salts for 20 minutes a couple of times a week. Get a couple massages focused on that area see if that helps! Good luck

It may well be that you strained muscles while pushing and now that you have to carry your baby around, your back is not healing. Try not to lift more than just the baby and bend at your legs not your waist to pick baby up. Try a heating pad to your lower back and advil or tylenol for the pain. Both are safe if you are nursing.
