The only consideration in deciding what to wear is your comfort and what makes you feel lovely. Since you are getting married in Dubai, if you will be in a public area, they culturally request even tourists to dress modestly. So perhaps consider a light shawl or scarf to throw over your shoulders. Congrats and good luck!

You should find a celebrant and ask them what they require you to do in regards to your vows.
In regards to what you wear, anything you want. My husband and I eloped and my dress was a bright sapphire blue and my husband wore a shirt and shorts.

I have to be honest. This is my second marriage and I MUCH preferred the second wedding, where it was just myself, my husband, stepson and our two witnesses/friends. :) Was amazing.

Like Trisha said you can wear anything you want to. I wore a Velvet black Dress. You can really choose yourself what you would like to wear,if you want to get married in White you could get yourself a nice White Dress,if you dont want to get married in White you could get whatever Color you want.

:) Whatever the hell you want! That is the great thing about a small wedding. No one to please but you and your new husband.

I wore a simple white sundress and he wore dress pants and a dress shirt.

You can really be focused on each-other and being in the moment when you do it small and intimate like that. I loved it... so much. :)

You can do vows if you want! LOL. One of our witnesses (close friend of ours) did our vows.
We got married by a Marriage Commissioner in a park close to our home. The marriage commissioner requested our vows, and sent me back a document of all the things he was legally required to say in order to marry us, and we met up with him at the park that day.
He was fabulous. You will have to ask some questions of the person you are having marry you in order to figure that out. :) Very excited for you.
