me and my partner dont get on

I been going out with my partner for nearly 2 years, and its been up and down he went to prison when I was pregnant with his baby and things was k but since he been out I been trying to make him see being on my own was hard he dont understand so we row all the time, I acuss him of cheating all the time because when we row he says horrible things he only here for the baby and my other little girl, im ugly he got better, he wont be here for much longer as he on tag he has to he here of a night time so if he wasnt on tag he would be out all the time, I dont know what to do we are both so unhappy im scared of being alone as have no family or friends where I live as I flead from a domestic relationship before this one I need some advise please

Maybe talk to his parole officer and let them know he has to move out. Surely they would be able to change his home location.

Thanks id never stop him from seeing his child and its hard cus I cant just kick him out cus he on this tag he will go back to prison, it made me laugh yesterday after all the rows and me beening in all day he come home fine like nothing wrong.

I don't know what the judge will rule with custody. As long as he isn't a danger to the children he will get visitation though.
If he lives in your house then kick him out. When he is out, pack up his things and change the locks if he won't leave.

Thanks I know what I got to do and I always put my kids first and what is the chance him gettin custody of his little one and he lives in my house

You are better off alone than staying with someone you're not happy with. For the sake of your children, leave. Children know when their parents are unhappy and it has lasting effects.
I suggest you find your own place and join a mother's group in your area. Friends won't just land on your doorstep, you need to get out and meet different people.
