I am looking for nutritious meals and snacks that my little boy can have. He is 13 months old and I seem to have lost my creativeness when it comes to cooking or preparing snacks & meals. Please help me and share your ideas with me.

I am a big fan of fruit and veggie snacks. I like to steam my carrots just a bit so they are a tiny bit sifter, throw them back in the fridge and use those. I am lucky my toddler is obsessed with broccoli! I like those real fruit snacks you can buy with no added sugar. Apple sause and baby cookies or yogurt and Graham crackers are always a hit! Cheese strings. We make our own ice cream or sorbet sometimes. Smoothies with "hidden" nutrients like a handful of spinach and a teaspoon of ground flax seed. Berries are always a hit..... Ummmm.... That's about the usual in our house.
As for meals - I have older kids too, so I have make your own pasta salad days - where I have different noodles and a bunch of veggies cut up and they must choose a min of three veggies but it's amazing what they eat when they pick! I make a ton of soups and stews - which never turn out the same because I don't follow a recipe- but I make huge batches and freeze the left overs. Homemade
marinera sauces are great because you can add so many veggies and then blend them up and no one ever knows they are in there! Chef at Home has a good marinera for kids recipe.... That's all I can think of right now :)
Hope that helps
