Pre baby I was always in shape now I struggle with my new mom body i dont weigh more than I did prebaby I just am not toned AT ALL! I miss feeling sexy and not self conscious infront of my fiance workout tips im with my baby 24/7 and breastfeed no bottles

to the OP, even though this thread is ANCIENT...Work out. Baby changes your body. Be a proud MOMMA body, rather than hanging onto your wishes you could still look 19.

Having kids makes your body not what it used to be. I am finally getting into shape and losing all the weight after my second. it is hard work!

I try to walk twice a day tonight im going to strap her to me and do a few miles walking and add some lunges and squats Im going to get some yoga tapes and resistance bands! I just miss being in shape!

Walk. Walk. Walk. Do some crunches, lunges, get some weights to lift. Make it easy on yourself by doing things that you don't need to leave the house for. Except putting baby in the stroller and walking all the time.
