When my supply dropped it took me a couple if days to realize that I wasn't drinking enough water, actually I realized I was going all day without having any. So I made a conscious effort to drink a full 8 oz of water every time my daughter fed, and I drank in between feedings.

Have you tried pumping between feedings? That will help stimulate more milk. I have also heard that mothers milk or fenugreek work great. Personally, I would have a guiness beer. Of course do this at a time you will not be feeding within 1-2 hours. No need to pump and dump. Alcohol leaves your breast milk at the same rate it leaves your blood stream.

I would put my daughter to sleep at night, have a guiness and the next morning I would be engorged. Not sure what about that specific beer does it, but indeed it works.
