There is nothing you can do. Just enjoy your pregnancy and don't worry about skin color, eye color, a lot of hair or not. As long as you child is healthy that's what matters!

However, I have brown eyes and my husband has blue eyes that also change to green and my daughter got his eyes. I never thought my daughter would get his beautiful eyes.. you just never know!

I'm sure your child will be stunning anyways!

Perhaps you should tell him that the comment hurt your feelings. Maybe he didn't mean to be so mean. Sometimes my husband hurts my feelings without knowing it, and once I tell him the problem is solved.

He shouldnt care what eye colour the baby will have,he should be caring that the child is healthy, thats the main thing. My son has blue eyes, but i never cared what colour eyes he will have,i was more concerned that he is healthy.Your husband shouldnt be worrying about what eye colour. And he will love the baby,no matter what eye colour.

There's nothing you can do. Like you said, blue eyes are the most recessive out of all the eye colours, if you don't have any blue eye genes in you then it's impossible.
Maybe your husband needs to get a basic understanding of genetics before baby is born.
Go to the library and get books to show him.
