I had my daughter almost two years ago. I was 18 when i had her and weighed 130 during pregnancy i gained the regular 30 pounds. After i gave birth i went down to 138 and was breastfeeding. I found out ivhad cervical cancer when my daughter was two months. So thia made me stop breastfeeding. Now two years later all ive been doing is gaining weight i bounce from 170 to 168 all the time. I need some advice on how to workout to lose the weight. I have become really depressed because of the weight and mommy pouch so i will really appriciate any advice.

Before pregnancy you were 9 stones 4lbs - this is quite slender.

You "bounce from 170 to 168 all the time" That means you fluctuate from 12 stones to 12 stones & 2lbs. This is not huge or fat or overweight (unless you're very short in height) A mere 2lbs variation ....... But at nearly 3 stones heavier than your pre-pregnancy weight, you're concerned.

Find a slimming club near you and also try some exercise and fitness routines if you're desperate to get back to your pre-pregnancy weight.

I found I lost a lot of weight after my first child was born - I was slimmer than I'd ever been. But some people do gain weight.

Good luck.
