I had my daughter almost two years ago. I was 18 when i had her and weighed 130 during pregnancy i gained the regular 30 pounds. After i gave birth i went down to 138 and was breastfeeding. I found out ivhad cervical cancer when my daughter was two months. So thia made me stop breastfeeding. Now two years later all ive been doing is gaining weight i bounce from 170 to 168 all the time. I need some advice on how to workout to lose the weight. I have become really depressed because of the weight and mommy pouch so i will really appriciate any advice.
