I am just curious to see if any other mom's can relate and help me to overcome this. I have two very good kids. My son is 15 and my daughter is 9. The only problem is that I feel like at tell at my son constantly because he had a very hard time listening. He knows better, he is just one stubborn child like his dad. Even though he gets the discipline he needs, I still feel bad and guilty for doing it and I worry and am kind of sad after until the next morning when he respects me even more. How do I stop feeling guilty?

Discipline is good, kids need it. If you don't they manipulate and walk all over you. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. Stand firm! He will respect you. You should only feel guilty when you are not disciplining. You have to be a parent. Hope this helped.
