So i have been getting extremely nauseas in the mornings/afternoons, i dont throw up but i feel like junk.Im super exhausted. I am used to working out in the mornings but even attempting that seems like a bad idea so I wait now until evenings. I know i need to be eating but it makes me feel like im gonna just start puking everywhere. Is this something i just need to deal with or is there anything I can do to maybe make this not be as bad as it is?
