I was pretty bad nauseous just the weeks 5 started of my pregnancy. I tried ginger tea, lemonade, and many other remedies but nothing worked. Now, I am drinking no to morning sickness tea and it's amazing to keep me cool.

Here are a list of things that helped between 2 boys:

Minty teas & gum

Dipping my finger in baking soda every now and again (I carried a baggie full around with me DAILY; ask yor doc about this one)

Ginger root tea

Preggie Pops worked but for a minimal time

Lemons & the peels (small nibbles of the peels; but limit lemons b/c dentists say the acid is bad for your teeth)

Salty chips

& THE weirdest one: small dosages of Peanut Butter.

The mint & most of all the Ginger and baking soda was THE most helpful! I hope some of this works for you!

Blackmore's morning sickness formula. It's Vitamin B6 and Ginger tablets. If you don't have that look for them seperately, a theory (unsure if fact) morning sickness, or one of the causes, is a lack of Vitamin B6. Ginger is a well known tummy upset ease.
