Morning sickness what helps?

I had horrible morning sickness with my last baby that lasted until the day I delivered. I took Vitamin B6 supplements every night before bed, they helped a bit. But honestly even with the diclectin (sp?) I had a morning routine of get up, go pee, kneel down, throw up, dry heave for a minute or two, brush my teeth, eat breakfast. lol it became so routine that I barely noticed. I was nauseous during the day and I kept a piece of fresh ginger root in my pocket wrapped in plastic wrap, when I felt yucky I sniffed it. It worked most of the time.
Dry crackers in bed before I moved didn't do much except make it harder to throw up once I was in the bathroom.
For me it was just par for the course.
